California Force Instructors' Association (CALFIA) Conference Refund Policy

Attendee Registration

Members ($375) & Non-Members ($450)

• Full Refund: Requests received at least 30 days before the conference start date.
• 0% Refund: No refunds will be issued within 30 days of the conference.
• Transfer Option: Registrations may be transferred to another individual at no additional cost up to 7 days before the event.

Speakers & Media & Dignitaries

• No refund applicable, as attendance is complimentary.

Exhibitor & Sponsor Refunds

All exhibitor registrations are non-refundable.

• Exhibitor Badge Transfer Option: The Exhibitor Badge may be transferred to another representative from the same organization with prior approval.

Sponsorship Packages: Bronze ($1,000), Silver ($2,000), Gold ($3,000), and Platinum ($5,000)

All sponsorships are non-refundable. Once a sponsorship is purchased, funds are committed to marketing, promotional materials, and event production.

• Sponsor Badge Transfer Option: The Sponsor Badge may be transferred to another representative within the same organization with prior approval.

Force Majeure & Event Cancellation

In the unlikely event that the CALFIA Conference is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, or public health concerns), registered attendees, exhibitors, and sponsors will be given the option to:

• Receive a full refund (minus processing fees), OR
• Apply the funds as a credit toward the next scheduled conference.
